d•l•T is a fusion of the fundamentals of Pilates and strength training, to achieve the results of a defined, lengthened and Toned body.  Our mission is to provide our clients with with total-body routines focused on posture, technique and great workouts that create total-body results.  Our belief is working hard with hard workouts that are still kind to your body.  Every routine will shape your body without the high impact.  We are dedicated to helping you reach goals one class at a time.  d•l•T is a lifestyle not a gym.  Like we say...It's worth being sore ;)
