As a former professional tennis player and cancer survivor, Pilates entered a time in Candice's life where working out needed to be redefined. Pilates provided a work out that enabled her to push her mind and body to a new level of fitness. Through Pilates, each breath and count increased strength, endurance and flexibility. Each work out created a mind-body connection that satisfied her physical and mental happiness. Candice became fully certified in Pilates through PSC (mat, chair, reformer, tower) in 2012 and became passionate about teaching Pilates to people of all different walks of life.
